    Primary Colours Managing Director Marcia Hutchinson is a sought after conference speaker who has been awarded an MBE in the 2010 Queen''s Birthday Honours list for her services to Cultural Diversity. She has spoken at or delivered workshops to over 50 conferences in the last five years, as well as visiting schools as a role model and mentoring BME children.

    Marcia can also lead or facilitate conference workshops to give delegates an interactive, participatory and memorable experience on themes around diversity and community cohesion.

    Marcia also delivers her own special brand of inspirational INSET to Schools, Colleges and Local Authorities.
